At the passport offices and the National Reg offices, people are corrupt to the core, (the ones I have seen) in Southern Province. Our systems are horrible. The stage at which we are as a country, people feel it is actually good to have corruption because we have become so used to it that it feels it is the best way of having things done for you, or its the easiest way of getting things you want.
