There’s a notorious night club where I used to stay in certain compound here in Lusaka.  When the club starts playing music from 17 to 04, the roofs to our houses would all be shaking and we were unable to hear any other sound in our houses.  We decided to talk to the owner of the club and he said we can’t take him anywhere as he gives council people brown envelopes (bribes).  We still proceeded and went to report him at the council offices. We were assured they would come for him that very night.  But to no avail.  We just had to give up and move from there.
