Early 2019 I took my daughter to a Hospital for her six weeks immunization. No Under-five Cards were available, while i sat there thinking of how to get to the main building to buy a book, one of the nurses approached me and said she had arranged her own Under-five cards privately from town and I can get one from her at a fee of K25 ($1.1). I paid and got the card, I went home disappointed that a hospital does not have Under-five cards, when i got home I took a look at the card only to see “Not for Sale”.
