I was desperate for a Job, a friend of mine introduced me to a guy who knows the secretary to a government official. I was excited but he asked me to go with him at the official’s office with a K1500 ($66). I borrowed the money and went with him. I was impressed because at all security checks, he was known and respected. While waiting for him on a bench as he went inside office, he texted me that I needed to add another K1000($44) and my letter will be given. I panicked and looked to ceiling to see who would help me , I got a friend who knows a friends that give loans. I secured that loan and paid via mobile money. When he came out after about an hour and half, he told me it’s done. And my letter needed the commissioner to endorse in the afternoon that he would call me. Up to date, I didn’t get the job. I was desperate!
