I was applying for a bursary but needed social well fair report. I went there, everything was going well until this one time when it was time for the social well fair officer to sign and put what bursary percentage I deserve. He told me “I can only put you on 50%, if you want me to put you on 100% bursary you’ll need to pay me a k100($4.43)”. It was the only money I had so I told him I didn’t have money and the only money I had was for transport. He still didn’t care so I had to give him the only money I had so he can put 100% bursary in the report. I was in desperate need of a 100% bursary at the time because it was my only hope for sponsorship. I got stranded in town till a few hours later I bumped into a long time friend who assisted me with some money for transport.
