It happened in 2005 October after being involved in a train accident and losing my leg and arm. I went for review at one of the teaching hospitals in Lusaka and I needed to use a wheelchair for me to go to clinic 5 at the 2nd floor. I was told by a cleaner to give him something for me to be given a wheelchair to use. I refused to do so and I started to jump whilst leaning on my sister’s shoulder going to the 2nd floor.
