I lost my license, National Registration Card (NRC) and National Pension Scheme Authority(NAPSA) card , I went to police and got the police report then went to court and got an affidavit both on a fee which I did but when I took the paper to the required department I was told that my details were not in the system and the officer gave me 2 options 1 to travel a place where I had gotten my first NRC from which needed K200($8.85) as transport fare or I bring a photocopy of my lost NRC, so I sat down and I realized that I had left a photocopy of my lost NRC at RTSA offices the same week  but when I went there the receptionist told me to pay a fee so that she could check in my personal file at, I did not pay because I asked her to produce me with a receipt and threatened to report her to her superior.
