I went to a local bank to deposit my school fees and there was a long queue. I was approached by one of the guards after he saw I was surprised by the long queue. He told me that he could help me to go in front without queuing by just giving him a tip. I turned down his offer and opted to remain in the queue as I had no money to just hand out.
