Just 4months ago when hubby was admitted at a named public hospital, I was given some blood samples to take to the lab when the lady at the reception saw me she told me these lab test are for high cost so am required to pay K800 ($35.29) ine shocked I told the lady I did not have that kind of money then she told me to wait for her outside were we should negotiate I waited when she came she told to only pay a K400 ($17.65) I told her I will come back later only to be told by other bed sidders that they take advantage because of how you look so they know you have money I just went straight to the doctor n explained everything. Imagine I only paid a K50($2.21) for all the tests.
