I was given job to construct a chicken house and a goat house. In that contract, the officers demanded a 30% in k70.000.00. ($3,087.49) Due to lack of contracts and according to how people are used in this manner, we paid them.     Again, it was with a government institution. I was given contracts under youth employment, but it was happening in the same way.
