I went to pay money for registration at public owned bank, I found a lot of people queued up ,just upon joining the queue one of the security guards called me and told me to pay a k50 so I just go straight to the teller  ,I refused and stayed on the queue for 1hr 30min + only to realize that being attended to at the teller  takes less that 10 minutes.
