I work in government and for over 20years, I have not been promoted my colleagues have been promoted just because I come from a certain part of the country. I have even got a Bachelor in public health. It’s really sad working for all these years and no motivation.

TI-Z is a non-profit making non- governmental organization with a registered office in Lusaka and has been in existence since June 2000.
