I see corruption taking place every day at all levels in Zambia and majority Zambians take it to be normal… I was transferred from another province to Lusaka, and as such my Payroll Management and Establishment Control (PMEC) ID is supposed to be transferred to Lusaka but it’s been 3years since I came to Lusaka but my (PMEC) ID has not changed  and each time I go to the required office am told there are no PMEC vacancies yet they kept deploying teachers secretly, those who pay bribes in the same district where the no vacancies.
