This happened yesterday 15 July 2021 around 06:36, I was caught because I had an expired permit from the institution responsible for granting these. On 14th July 2021 I was coming from the Copperbelt carrying charcoal because that’s my business and the permit was valid by the day, it was 19:15 when we had an accident, we stayed there till 05hours the following day, that’s how I was caught that am moving with an expired permit, I paid k1500 ($66.23), I tried to explain what happened because the permit expired due to the accident.
