It’s not easy for me now am a student who is in college but unfortunately I was left out for bursary and am vulnerable and have been appealing for bursary because of financial difficulties am facing but since last year my application hasn’t been processed and yet I asked a friend who gotten the bursary said for me to have it I should pay a sum 5000 to the people who responsible for bursaries at school and at the Ministry of Higher Education for me to have a bursary  but all in all am a vulnerable I don’t have any money to pay all my strength are on that bursary please help me. Corruption has prevented most of our dreams to happen, on Monday we are opening and yet I have no money to pay.
