I went to get a license at the council early this year. I was told I needed to pay certain amounts through the bank which I did and I got receipts for all of them. But when it was time to collect my license I was told that that I needed to pay an extra k1000 ($44) as I was about to go to the bank the council officer said I needed to pay to them and they would deposit for me, I asked for a receipt and I was told this one doesn’t come with a receipt. I was puzzled because to me a K1000 ($44) I’d too much money to go without a receipt.
