My niece tells me she needs to borrow money. I ask her for what? To get her brother a job in a government school. I ask her why do you have to pay? She says that’s how he can get employed otherwise it is difficult to get a job by merit in Zambia nowadays. Especially in the government.  I am shocked. Is this the Zambia we have now?
