Some people are going around recording voters’ number and National Registration numbers of poor women in the country in exchange for a named political party chitenge. This person refused to have it but others are taking it. The question is why? The people who take the chitenges are made to feel that they will be known to have voted for someone else because their details have been recorded. The people doing this know what kind of people to target. These persons have little education and they do not know how elections are run. One does not know who to report this to because you never know who you are talking to.
